Chalking:

RV owners hated the unsightly streaks of chalky grime cascading down the sides of their RV’s.

Original EPDM rubber roofs manufactured for RV’s intentionally chalk. The reasoning behind this is for the roof to remain looking clean. While the roof looks pretty good the sides of the RV where all of the chalk and dirty residue runs off, doesn't. On top of that, the dirty chalky residue sticks to the sides of your RV and is very difficult to remove. I don’t know about you but I would rather have the roof look dirty and the sides clean. Liquid Roof will not chalk…you will have many, many years without the ugly chalking residue your current roof leaves behind as it ages. All RV roofs should be inspected for ant damage and cleaned twice a year. After applying Liquid Roof® when you clean your roof the dirt that comes off is easily hosed away.

Recoat vs. Reroof:

As RV Roofs age and layer after layer of your roof chalks off, what you are eventually left with after 6-10 years is a blotchy looking roof in need of repair or replacement. Liquid Roof® forever solves the question of whether it is worth it to replace the roof on your RV. Applying one coat of Liquid Roof® will extend the life of your roof another 6-10 years or more.
